Working internationally in the hospitality and customer service industry for more than 7 years has made me realize what my truly passion is, and that means being surrounded by people developing my empathy and my will to assist. My career began in 2013 when I first started my journey in the food and beverage industry at the award-winning fine cuisine restaurant Cachivache Taberna, in Madrid. After that, I moved to the Philippines thanks to the opportunity given by a five star sports centre in Palawan: Crossfit Hieroglyph, where my path in the world of hospitality started.
I worked there for more than a year as a Front Desk receptionist and Customer Service Specialist. Dealing with guests from all over the world gave me the skills to become right after my time in the Philippines a Flight Attendant for two different Airlines: Air Nostrum, a charter airline where I get to assist european politicians, football players and members of the monarchy, among others, and Iberia, the lead commercial airline in Spain.
This experiences made me equipped, confident and more than ready and excited to see where my next step in the customer service will take me!
