The online yoga classes I did with Fay during lockdown helped so much with the stresses I was facing. I found sleeping much easier and as a middle aged man with no flexibility and a complete beginner to yoga , Fay always makes me feel comfortable. I am looking forwards to more lessons with her and if you have never tried yoga she is a great teacher to go too.
