Hello,
I am a certified (50+200 hours) and experienced Indian Yogini currently in India. I can offer my services across any country and any location. This is something about me:
I have done the one month, 50 hours course in Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness, from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and Sports Authority of India Talkatora Stadium and the three months 200 hours Certificate Course in Yoga for Protocol Instructor from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga at Amity University, Sector 125, NOIDA campus. I have passed both theory and practical with distinction. I am currently doing my Certificate course in Yoga for wellness instructor from MDNIY, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. Furthermore, I am planning to give the Yoga Certification Board, level 1,2,3 exam for Yoga Instructors.
I am also a Yoga Public Trainer, registered on the Yoga Locator mobile application designed and developed by Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
It gives me immense pleasure and a sense of responsibility to announce that I am also a registered Member of Indian Yoga Association (IYA), a self-regulatory body of all Yoga Organisations. I have joined the forum as the Yoga Professional Member (Yog Prashikshak) - YPM.
Founded under the legendary Yogi Padma Vibhushan Late Dr BKS Iyengar, Indian Yoga Association is a maiden attempt to unite all yoga parampārās in a common cause. Swami Ramdev is the Chairman of the Governing Council and Guruji Dr H R Nagendra is the President. Indian Yoga Association is the family of largest and authentic Yoga Movement.
I wish to teach and spread the traditional yoga practices to all fellow Indians and the world. I am always available for any kind of help in the development and popularisation of Yoga. I have also taken free yoga camp in the local park for females aged 60 - 85 years with some of the common physical medical conditions like cervical spondylitis, knee replacement surgery, high BP, diabetes, obesity etc.
I am passionate about Yoga because that keeps fit, healthy and mentally and psychologically stable. It reduces my stress level and removes negativity. Since I have learnt the traditional yogic practices from an eminent group of teachers from prestigious institutes of India, many of the people from the non-Indian part of the world cannot have the opportunity to learn the same techniques with the same depth considering the distance and time constraints. Hence I want to spread yoga love in the whole world.
Thanks,
Rashmi Sharma
